Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price is required.

  • A booking becomes legally binding once the deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by us.

  • Price is fixed price - no hidden fees or surprise costs.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and are effective from the date received.

  • More than 14 days before the start date:
    A refund will be issued for all payments made, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit, which covers administrative, planning, and reservation costs.

  • 14 days or less before the start date:
    No refunds will be issued.

  • No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures:
    No refunds will be provided for unused services.

3. Consumer Rights (International Customers)

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

However, by booking our services, you acknowledge that:

  • The services are time-specific travel services, and

  • Refund eligibility is limited as outlined in this policy.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Change requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative or third-party costs.

  • Changes requested within 14 days of the start date may be treated as cancellations.

5. Cancellation or Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)

  • Safety concerns

  • Supplier, accommodation, or operational issues

In such cases, we will offer:

  • An alternative of comparable value, or

  • A refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred

6. Liability & Third-Party Services

  • We act as an organizer and coordinator of services provided by independent third parties.

  • While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

7. Travel Requirements & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for meeting all travel requirements, including visas, Passport valid 6 months after arrival, health regulations, and entry conditions.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation coverage.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
